Renate Robertson

I have enjoyed drawing and painting since my schooldays and throughout different times in my life. It takes me into another world, relaxing and demanding at the same time. When I found out that Rosalyn Mina was teaching painting classes I decided to take up my old hobby again. As I am particularly drawn to painting and drawing people, and faces, I joined her portrait class in 2011. Ros is a wonderful teacher and turns her class into an exciting experience.

My grandchildren have been my inspiration for my work.
